AUS Basketball Club – Photo and Video Policy

At AUS Basketball Club, we value our community and the positive spirit of our sport. To share our activities and promote our club, we regularly take photos and videos of our players during practices, games, and events. These images may be published on our official communication channels, including:

• The AUS website
• AUS social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram)

Consent

By joining AUS Basketball Club, members acknowledge and agree that photos and videos taken during club activities may be used for promotional and communication purposes.

Respect and Privacy

• If a member does not wish to appear in photos or videos, they may inform the club (by contacting the committee or coach), and we will do our best to respect this preference.
• We will never use images in a way that could be considered offensive, inappropriate, or damaging to a member’s reputation.

External Use

Any use of AUS photos or videos by third parties requires prior approval from the club.
